Inductive Sensors

Inductive Sensors: Mechanical Health Monitoring
The Sentinel of Your Drive System
Inductive sensors are used within cooling towers to monitor the rotation and position of metallic components. Because they are immune to water droplets and mist, they are the ideal choice for harsh, “wet” mechanical zones.
Fan Speed Monitoring: Precisely tracks the RPM of the fan assembly to ensure optimal airflow and detect belt slippage.
Vibration & Alignment: Acts as a limit switch for mechanical components, preventing damage from misalignment.
Maintenance-Free: Since they don’t require physical contact, there is no wear and tear, even in high-speed applications.
Corrosion Resistant: Our inductive sensors are housed in IP69K-rated enclosures to withstand constant humidity and chemical exposure.

Engineering Class Chains

Engineering Class Chains: The Power Behind the Fan
Heavy-Duty Transmission for Continuous High-Torque Operation
Cooling tower drive systems face a brutal combination of constant humidity, chemical exposure, and high startup torque. Our Engineering Class Chains are specifically manufactured to bridge the gap between standard power transmission and extreme-duty industrial needs.

Mounted Ball Bearing Units

Engineered for High-Moisture, High-Load Thermal Environments
The reliability of your cooling tower depends on the stability of its rotating shafts. Our Engineering-Grade Mounted Units (Pillow Blocks and Flange Mounts) are specifically designed to thrive in the “rain zone,” providing smooth power transmission while resisting the corrosive effects of water treatment chemicals.

High Quality Gears & Conveyors

The Heavy-Duty Heart of Thermal Exchange
In a cooling tower, power transmission must be absolute. Our High-Quality Gear Drives and Integrated Conveyor Systems are engineered to survive the “Tropical Zone”—the constant 100% humidity and high-heat environment inside the tower plenum.
